General RV Park Rules

Pacific Pines RV Park has established the following RV Park rules and guidelines to help ensure the safety and enjoyment for all our guests. These guidelines are for all long and short term guests and we ask you to respect other guests as you would also like to be respected. Those who choose not to observe these guidelines can be asked to leave our park without any form of refund.

CHECK IN/CHECK OUT

Check-In: 1:00 pm (PST)

Check-Out: 11:00 am (PST)

SPEED LIMIT

5 mph. Please observe our speed limit to ensure the safety of all our guests. Remember…children are present!

QUIET TIME

10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

SITE OCCUPANCY

Only one (1) RV is allowed per campsite.

TENT CAMPING

We do not allow tent camping. Pop-up RVs are ok.

CHILDREN

Children are the responsibility of their parents at all times. Children under 12 years must have adult supervision while in the recreation room areas, including laundry and restrooms. Guests are responsible for all behavior of children.

SAFETY AFTER DARK

In order to ensure safety after dark, please carry a flashlight. No bike or scooter riding after dark.

TRASH

Please place all garbage in the designated dumpster located in the park. Recycle containers for paper, cardboard, and glass are available at the dumpster site.

CAMPFIRES

No wood fire pits allowed. However propane gas is OK.

PORTABLE GRILLS

Only gas grills are allowed in the RV park. Wood or charcoal grills are NOT allowed.

CLOTHESLINES

Not permitted.

FIREWORKS AND FIREARMS

Prohibited on RV park property including BB, Airsoft, and pellet guns.

PETS

Must be kept on a leash at all times. Owners must take them to the designated pet area to do their business.
Owners must clean up after them immediately – even in the pet area.
Must not be left unattended outside their rigs.
Keep on leashes or inside and do not leave unattended.
No excessive barking allowed.

VISITORS

Your visitors are always welcome at Pacific Pines RV Park, provided they register at our main office. Registered guests and their visitors are expected to read and adhere to all RV Park guidelines. Guidelines are presented at the time of check-In. All your visitors must leave the RV Park by 10 p.m.

VEHICLE REPAIRS

Mechanical repairs to vehicles and RV’s are not permitted in the park. You may check with the local listings for businesses that provide these services.

RV WASHING

Our sewer costs are linked to water usage. For this reason use of water for cleaning RVs is limited to cleaning windshields for safety only.

VIOLATION OF THESE GUIDELINES

Grounds for ejection from the park without a refund.

MESSAGES

If you are expecting messages, please check at the RV Park office. Emergency messages will be delivered to your site.

FORMS OF PAYMENTS

We accept all Major Credit Cards, cash, or money orders.

BIRD FEEDERS

No bird feeders – they attract mice and rats.
